Im having issues actually logging in..

I had no issues this morning and now when I try I'm getting the
"Could no establish login server Connection: timeout (#2)"

I disabled firewall, antivirus, Deleted the files from the data directory and restarted the computer and still nothing..

What am I doing wrong?
