Clan crafting stations
Remove crafting from everyone.
Have crafting be tied to clan stats.
Allow anyone in clan to use player holding crafting stations that level up.

Levels are tied to clan, not individual holding.

Allow NPC cities to craft up to r30. (Player holdings start at r30)


Maybe extreme, but this funneling system is complete bullshit.

What happens if our crafting guy with his alts quits? Hope to find someone else with his alts?

To many traps in the existing design.

If this dream were to happen, allow a way for someone with crafting to one time convert their existing skill levels to a clan they're in.
