Buy game (20 euro) and can't join in the game.... Invalid username or password (#3)

Make sure transaction has gone through.

On our end everything seems fine.
The transaction has gone through and the account is active.
Can you please try again?

If it still doesn't work and you are sure you're not making a typo, please try resetting your password.

You probably trying to type your email adress as login.

I have the same problem here.

I logged in successfully twice, and now I'm getting the same error.
Here's what happened :
- bought, download & install the game
- login first time
- downloading patch
- After patch download hit "new character" button (was on server EU, but don't remember the number)
- lobby shows a message "qeueuing" and ends up killed by windows
- start lobby and login again
- get the same "queueing" error, lobby gets killed by windows again
- start lobby and login again
- lobby shows "Invalid username or password (#3)"
- retry 3 times and lobby shows "temp ban for login too fast"
- retried login after 15 mins and lobby shows "Invalid username or password (#3)" again


Can't login anymore.
I'm gonna try resetting my password, but that seems like a bug to me...

Ok, i just tried resetting my password and it does NOT work.
I'm still stuck with this message.

Do not worry, your account is fine. We are in the process of patching and rolling back the game-side database.
You purchased right in the middle of it, so your account activation could not be stored.

We have added your account manually, if you cannot log in, try resetting your password again.

Good to hear. Welcome aboard!
Server should be back up in about 30 minutes, hopefully without crazy bugs. ;)
