Like many said, Purple Robe requires almost no effort. It requires more effort to craft fine robe lol. Studded set are way too easy as well.

Don't forget if you didn't level Alchemist to racial staff then you are now completely screwed with giant bone nerf.

haha i can farm 12 purple robes mats per hour  easily, fine robes is a joke i never bother ot craft them ever lol so much harder to farm fien robes mats :D

Well I rolled an alt ...

This is an honest question directed at anybody who thinks you should be able to smelt ore or refine Timber.

If you can't craft the item in the first place why do you need to be able to complete the first step? You're going to take the materials to the Crafter anyway doesn't matter if it's refined beyond the weight?

My main had archery, knives, combo, spellchanting, light armor crafting.
I needed the ingots for the light armor.

Theres (at least) four ways you can play this game.
- max/min pvp
- pve focus
- crafting focus
- do what you enjoy and compromise on 1, 2, and 3

I've now done this:

Main: archery, knives, light armor, bowyer, laborer
Alt: air, fire, infliction, weaponsmith, laborer

Just playing the way I enjoy.
Would still love to drop labourer on both toons but at least I now have enough variation in titles to keep things interesting.

Only keep labor on one and then use the other as a 'rotating slot' so you have one that can do rares and one that can rotate back to labor when ever you need extra processing

Too bad snow hide can be farmed easily. @dragon bone talk

I disagree with regular bone being expensive. I can farm 4-5 sets in an hour. That's bad?

Most enchantings mats (q3) can be farmed pretty easily too.

piercing, magnitude, casting time, health bonus?
100 q3 horns/h + 100 q4 greenleaves on top of that at the same time.
Q3 venom sacs? Teeth? No problem. Lifeforce? 150 q3/h. Sparkstone? 200-ish q3. Same for q3 bone (not giant bone tho).
Haven't farmed undead dwarves lately so can't say, but i'm pretty sure centaur hearts for q3 piercing are pretty easy. Same for q3 eyes.
q4 shadowcrest is very easy to get - there are some 6 grunt spawns in the world, just go and farm for an hour.

1 hour on each spawn and you've got mats for 20 sets. Of course, you could say 30mins for an enchanted set is too long, but I think it's in a right place.

Yeah, most q4s aren't that easy to farm, but come on, it's q4, that shouldn't be farmed in hundreds/hour.
I totally agree with Gosti. Bone and q3 mats are fine.
The issue is that purple robes are too easy while adept are too hard. And Dragon bone is just ridiculous... We are only based on key/maps/village drops and deal with it like it's normal to farm it... Otherwise it'd be crazy!
Giant bone despite the nerf is still the easiest to FARM of the 4 mastery sets. Almost the same as Thick leather.
