[Remove Pinnace Astrolabe Cost]

Currently, a Pinnace costs 15x ship modules to build and requires an Astrolabe. Whereas the next 7x ships above that cost between 25-32x ship modules and also require 1x Astrolabe. What this boils down to is that people will not want to use Astrolabes on ships that use less than 25-32x building modules because essentially you are wasting its potential.

If you removed the cost of the Pinnace requiring an Astrolabe, then aspiring shipbuilders will have fewer roadblocks on the way to building the better ships, and then they would actually be building ships, instead of just ship modules until skill level 25. Because why would you force players attempting to build ships to only get 50% of the value out of an Astrolabe. Instead, players are being encouraged not to build Pinnaces and grind up shipbuilding through other means, building ship modules etc, until they have the required skill to get the most out of the Astrolabes.

And who wouldn't want to see more ships out there in the world?

One of the first content patches is about ship combat, sea towers, and pirate titles.  Titles such as captain, sailor, and cannoneer.  I believe there was also talk about reworking the cost and speeds of the ships during that time.  But who knows, that was really old information.
